Jeff Campbell
Licensed Associate Counselor
Jeff is a Licensed Associate Counselor in Arizona, Utah, and Washington states, and a National Board Certified Counselor. He holds four degrees, each earned with academic honors: a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (Brigham Young University), Master of Education (Northern Arizona University), a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (Walden University), and a Doctor of Philosophy in Teaching & Teacher Education and Educational Leadership (University of Arizona).
Jeff is trained in a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Life-Span Integration Therapy (Level 1), Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT—Level 1), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Personality Trait Theory, and Polyvagal techniques. He works with clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, suicidality, compulsive behaviors, relationship struggles, and faith-related concerns.
With over four years of counseling experience and more than three decades in education, Jeff brings both professional expertise and personal insight to his work. As the father of ten children—three of whom are adopted—he has a deep appreciation for the complexities of adolescent development and family dynamics.
Struggling with complex problems can often feel like putting a jigsaw puzzle together while it is still in the box. Jeff believes counseling is a partnership where people can create a space to sort out the puzzle pieces, gain clarity, let go of what no longer serves them, and develop the skills to move forward in healthy ways.
Jeff enjoys time with family, playing music, and the outdoors.
